The President of the Chestnut Assembly, head of state of the Free Territory of Valbona

CONSIDERED

the positive vote of the Chestnut Assembly, representative body of the Valbona's citizens

CONSIDERED THAT THE FREE STATE OF SABINI, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES FOR THE FREE TERRITORY OF VALBONA DIPLOMACY (DE.AS.CA. 5/2018):

• • have never had "wars" or similar actions.

• • is committed to implementing practices to protect farmers in their own country and to make known the rural heritage of their territory (culture, typical products, etc.).

• • is committed to safeguarding the environment by implementing consistent measures within their territory (eg separate waste collection)

• • recognizes the importance of the polar regions for the humanity.

DECREE

the official recognition Free State of Sabini as an independent nation.

This decree lapses when one of the above conditions is no longer met.
